MISSION STATEMENT

The aim of the lector ministry is to ensure that every Mass in our parish is graced with a dedicated and well-prepared proclamation of the Word. Lectors achieve this by delivering the Lord's words in such a way that the congregation grasps not only the words but also the message of the scripture being read. They exemplify proper conduct during Mass and embody God's love through their words and actions within the liturgy.

Membership requirements:

• must be a registered parishioner
• must have Sacraments of baptism, reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation. If married, they must be married through the Catholic church.
• must be willing to attend meetings and participate in church events.
